Welcome to Power Dog Training! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including Day Boarding and Day Training. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with Power Dog Training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided
Power Dog Training offers the following services:

Day Boarding: Supervised care for your dog during daytime hours.
Day Training: Structured training sessions to enhance your dog’s behavior and obedience.

3. Reservations and Cancellations
Reservations: All services must be booked in advance.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee.

4. Health and Safety
Vaccination Requirements: All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations (Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper). Proof of vaccination is required before services can begin.
Health Declaration: Owners must inform Power Dog Training of any health issues, behavioral problems, or special needs that may affect their dog during our services.

5. Payment Terms
Payment: Payment is due at the time of service.
Refund Policy: Services are non-refundable once rendered.

6. Liability Waiver
By using our services, you agree to release and hold harmless Power Dog Training, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or injuries incurred as a result of your dog’s participation in our services.

7. Conduct and Behavior
Owner Responsibility: Owners are responsible for their dog’s behavior and must ensure their dog is suitable for group settings.
Removal of Dog: Power Dog Training reserves the right to remove any dog that poses a threat to the safety or well-being of other dogs or staff.

8. Photo and Video Release
Power Dog Training may take photos and videos of dogs during services for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your dog to be photographed or filmed, please inform us in writing.

9. Amendments to Terms
Power Dog Training reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State.
